Marketplaces already have everything:
- internal dashboards
- scrapers
- panels
- exports everywhere.
And yet, 3-4 years in, it's always the same issues:
- massive selection gaps
- top sellers missing
- 800k products stuck in Mirakl
- mispriced offers.
And most importantly: no real prioritization.
The problem was never data.
The problem is decision.
What do you do on Monday morning to drive +$10M GMV - not +0.001%?
Not another analysis.
Not another dashboard.
A decision.
In a top 500 products category, you'll usually find 20-30 SKUs that alone represent $5-10M in GMV potential.
They're missing.
Or poorly executed.
While teams spend time on dozens of low-impact initiatives.
That's the problem.
A tool gives you more options, which creates more dispersion.
An OS does the opposite.
It reduces the decision space and forces allocation.
You go after those 20 products.
Those 10 sellers.
That one category.
And nothing else until it's done.
It's uncomfortable, because it removes the excuses.
But that's where growth happens.
Not in data.
Not in tools.
In the ability to say no and concentrate GMV where it actually matters.
